At BANEE SUITORIA, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide premium-quality women’s clothing. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be free from perfume, stains, makeup, or any damage.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.
  • Wrong size delivered.
  • Damaged or defective product received.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted products.
  • Items purchased during promotional campaigns.
  • Customized or altered clothing.
  • Used, washed, or damaged items.
  • Products without original tags.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by BANEE SUITORIA.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong product.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed due to the courier company, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, BANEE SUITORIA will assist you in tracking your order but cannot guarantee courier delivery times.
